Given recent Swine flu, Ebola virus and MERS epidemics this is a vital piece of PPE whether travelling abroad or working in high-risk areas.

Such as: Police officers, Ambulance staff, airport workers and travelers.

Great to put in a pocket or utility pouch so can be easily accessed, reducing risk of contamination/infection.
